3. Services

Scope of Work

Services provided will be as outlined during booking. Any tasks outside of this scope may incur additional charges and require approval.

Service Customization

We offer flexible service packages. Any custom requests must be communicated and confirmed in advance.

Access to Premises

The Client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee (see Section 5).

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

• No Show: Full service fee will be charged.

• Refunds: Processed for verified service failures or cancellations made in time. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

6. Liability & Damages

Service Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of all stains or damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Accidental Damage

While we take utmost care, in the rare case of accidental damage, it must be reported within 24 hours. Verified claims will be resolved promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

• Provide accurate information during booking.

• Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions.

• Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Trading Bull ISP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
