1. Cancellations
More than 24 Hours’ Notice:
If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.Less than 24 Hours’ Notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover scheduling and operational costs.
2. Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. To reschedule your service, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.
Rescheduling with sufficient notice is free of charge.
Multiple reschedules or last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Service issues that are reported within 24 hours of completion and are verified by our team.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment:

Please provide your order/service details and a description of the issue.
We aim to resolve all payment disputes in a fair and timely manner, typically within 7 business days.
